Wahab is the Managing Director of A. W. Law LLC. He is well-versed in all areas of legal practice including civil litigation, criminal litigation, Syariah law and family and matrimonial law. Wahab established A.W. Law LLC as a boutique practice geared towards providing client centric solutions at competitive fees.

He is regularly instructed by various companies and individuals to handle a gamut of disputes from debt recovery, breach of contract / agreements, equity and trusts, personal injury to construction litigation.

Besides an active practice in litigation and dispute resolution, Wahab handles all aspects of family and matrimonial law. He has represented clients in many contentious divorce and other matrimonial cases and obtained favourable outcomes for them.

He is also well versed in Syariah matters and regularly appears in the Syariah Court and the MUIS Appeal Board.

Besides contentious matrimonial matters, Wahab practice also encompassed non-contentious matrimonial matters relating to probate, letters of administration, adoption, guardianship and Deputy applications under the Mental Capacity Act.

Wahab also handles criminal matters and advises clients on each stage of a criminal matter. Some of the matters he has handled include charges under the Penal Code, Prevention of Corruption Act, Misuse of Drugs Act, Women’s Charter, Protection from Harassment Act and the Road Traffic Act. In one of his notable cases, he was able to successfully help his client avoid a custodial sentence despite facing a charge for causing death by negligence. The case was reported in the Straits Times.

Apart from running an active contentious practice, Wahab also advises on non-contentious commercial and corporate matters including drafting agreements and contracts. He is able to conduct due diligence and handle complex corporate matters.

Desirous of obtaining the best outcome for his clients, Wahab provides clients with in-depth advice at every step of the way. His clients praise him for his astute and comprehensive advice.

His portfolio of clients ranges from individuals to SMEs to large corporations.

Wahab also advises on estate planning and drafts various instruments and documents for clients in order to meet their desired objectives. He has acted for clients in contentious estate matters in the High Court.

Wahab graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Leeds and admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
