None of our named lawyers speak Vietnamese natively, so we're honest about how the language is handled. What you get instead is a full Vietnamese-speaking environment, built around a Singapore-admitted lawyer who runs your matter.
Certified interpreter at every meeting
We arrange a certified Vietnamese interpreter for the first meeting, subsequent client conferences, and court attendances. You speak Vietnamese; your lawyer responds in English; the interpreter bridges both sides in real time. Interpreter fees are disclosed upfront.
Translated documents before you sign
Key documents, court orders, marriage certificates, and settlement agreements, are translated into Vietnamese before you sign anything. We use translation services accepted by Singapore courts.
Embassy and consular liaison
We coordinate with the Embassy of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Singapore for document authentication, notarisation, and cross-border enforcement where required.

- First meetings are free. Interpreter fees for continuing work are disclosed in writing before we start.
- Your situation stays private. We don't contact your employer, your family in Vietnam, or anyone else without your explicit consent.
- For deportation or removal proceedings, the faster you reach us the better. Call or WhatsApp the moment you're aware of the notice.
- For urgent matters involving the Embassy of Vietnam (10 Leedon Park), we can coordinate on your behalf or accompany you.
